黄玉和

Huang Yuhe (黄玉和) was a Yixing pottery artisan from Yixing, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1842 during the Qing Dynasty and passed away in 1914. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to the craft of Yixing teapot making, contributing to the rich tradition of this art form during a significant period in Chinese history.

Huang Yuhe's work spanned the late Qing Dynasty, a time when Yixing pottery continued to flourish despite the political and social changes occurring in China. His career of over seven decades demonstrates his commitment to the craft and his role in preserving and advancing Yixing pottery techniques during this transitional period in Chinese history.
