The "Han Junzi" teapot has a simple, three-sided flat drum shape with one vertical side and two slanted sides. It features a three-curved spout, an ear-shaped handle, and a bridge-style knob on the lid. Judging from surviving works, Gu Jingzhou's "Han Junzi" teapots display full and rounded lines and surfaces, with meticulous finishing executed in one flowing motion, achieving excellence in both form and spirit. Among them, one dark green clay "Han Junzi" was made in the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), exuding a scholarly literati atmosphere as a specially commissioned work to celebrate a birthday. This demonstrates that Gu Jingzhou had already achieved exceptional mastery at a young age, ranking among the renowned Yixing pottery masters.
