Created "Hehe Yangdou Teapot" (commissioned by Cheng Shengyuan), "Square Corner Teapot" (engraved with "Drinking Brings Great Harmony"), and "Column Base Tea Set" (engraved with "The Sweet Springs of Han Cannot Surpass This" and "Pure Fragrance First Captures the Spring of Five Peaks"). # 1944 Created "Bamboo Segment Tea Set" (tea tray engraved with "Gently Moving Dew Drops") and "Hehe Gai Yang Teapot" (commissioned by Huo Jianzhai). # 1945 Created "Hehe Gai Yangdou Teapot" (commissioned by Fan Shunqi, Director of Yixing Land Reform Office) and "Three-Legged Cloud Shoulder Ruyi Teapot". # 1946 Through introductions by Zhou Zhilu and Xu Zuchun, and with assistance from Shen Xiaoqing, created commemorative imitation Gu teapots for the National Provincial Bank Conference, totaling 110 pieces. The auspicious inscriptions on the body such as "Gathering with Elegant Words" were written by Wu Tongou and engraved by Zhuge Qi. # 1948 Through an introduction by Dai Xiangming of Tiehuaxuan, became acquainted with Shanghai school calligraphers and painters. Created five "Large Stone Ladle" teapots, with inscriptions and paintings by Wu Hufan and Jiang Hanting respectively, using the seals "Jingzhou" (carved by Wang Renfu) and "Gu Jingzhou" (carved by Ren Shubai). Thereafter changed his name to Jingzhou. # 1951 Gu Jingzhou went to Shanghai Tianyuan Chemical Factory to apply for a position.
