## He Ju Che (规矩车) **He Ju Che**: Also called "Gui Che" (规车), this is a fundamental tool for cutting purple clay circular or open-mouth pieces. It consists of four parts: the he ju che handle, the compass leg, the blade, and the compass leg pin, with freely adjustable dimensions. The material is generally bamboo or wood, while the he tuo che nail is made of iron sheet, and the pin is made of bamboo or wood. ## Ni Cha Zi (泥插子) **Ni Cha Zi**: A ruler-shaped tool that gradually narrows and thins from handle to tip, used for smoothing beaten clay coils or lifting and placing clay pieces. It is typically made from bamboo strips or hardwood. ## Zi Ni Kuai (滋泥筷) **Zi Ni Kuai**: Long rod-shaped sticks used for mixing slip or applying slip onto purple clay blanks. ## Shui Rao Tou (水饶头) **Shui Rao Tou**: A water storage container used to keep the polishing needle moist, mostly made of purple clay. It commonly features a dividing ridge in the middle for convenient separation of dry and wet areas. ## Pen Shui Ke (喷水壳) **Pen Shui Ke**: A container for keeping purple clay blanks moist. The bottom is a cylindrical water storage container, and the upper part is a horizontal hollow straight tube. When in use, water is sprayed by blowing through the small tube at the top. It is mostly made of purple clay material. Nowadays, it has largely been replaced by plastic manual spray bottles.
